Start here http://newtimesforeclosures.com/ and use the “Free Foreclosure Search” engine located on the right hand side of the page. Put in the name of a city and state to begin. This brings you to a very detailed list of foreclosed homes located there. You can tell at a glance if the bank owns this home, or if it is being sold in auction. There are details about how many bedrooms and bathrooms the house has, the estimated value, the loan amount, and the street is located on. Found one you like? Click on the link that says “details”, or the street the home is located on. Fill out the short form that pops up to have additional details about the foreclosed home sent to you.

The first page contains a form you must fill out about where you want to find a foreclosed home at, how many bathrooms and bedrooms you wanted, the maximum amount you intended to spend, and more.
